Unfortunately, SIMA de VerhuurXpert has recently experienced an increasing number of customers who did not return the rented items, as well as customers who failed to meet their financial obligations. As a result, we are forced to tighten and adjust all of our terms and conditions. We are currently exploring whether there is a safer rental system available that will help prevent the above issues or at least reduce them. Until we have implemented a new and safer system, we will revert to strictly following all of our existing terms and conditions.

Additionally, in some cases, we may need to make a copy of your valid ID, which will be immediately destroyed once the rented item is returned. Finally, we may also request a higher security deposit if the rental period exceeds one day. The amount of the deposit will depend on factors such as the new value of the rented item and the total rental period. We hope for your understanding.
